An animal гeѕсᴜe group in Foster is ready to start taking applications to place a dog with special needs.
Joey was born without front legs, but that doesn’t stop him from living his best life.
“Joey is an active puppy and loves being outside and playing with toys. He currently weighs 10lbs.,” Vintage Pet гeѕсᴜe said in a Facebook post.

Vintage Pet гeѕсᴜe said Joey was born on Christmas. He’s been neutered and had all is ѕһotѕ. He is being fitted for a custom wheelchair from Eddie’s Wheels.
“We will be keeping Joey local, so please only apply if you live in New England. Experience with limbless or special needs dogs is preferred but not necessary,” the гeѕсᴜe said.
