Before getting pregnant, Alexis from Minneapolis–Saint Paul in Minnesota, USA, weighed 49 kilograms and stood at a height of 5 feet 3 inches. By the 38th week of her pregnancy, Alexis’ weight had increased to 82 kilograms.

In March, Alexis welcomed her twins, Camila and Elena, who had a modest birth weight of 6 pounds 7 ounces each.
