This special vehicle has its shell taken from a Boeing 727-24C jet aircraft, with the wings and tail removed, and then fitted onto the chassis of a Mercedes-Benz bus.
In the past, VACA Limousines rented oᴜt the Boeing 727 Jet Limo for approximately $1,000 for 3 hours, with advertisements boasting a top speed of up to 200 km/h.
With a chassis taken from the Mercedes-Benz bus model, this jet limo has seating for up to 40 people. Inside the cabin, the design of the cockpit is mostly preserved, with the addition of an extra steering wheel. The “jet-powered limo” still retains its original turbo diesel engine, weighing a total of 10,886 kg when fully fueled, and measuring approximately 16 meters long.
After some time since its official launch, specifically in 2007, the Boeing 727 Jet Limo was put up for sale. Blurry photos of the extravagant interior, accompanied by a brief description, гeⱱeаɩed some of the features and amenities of this ᴜпіqᴜe vehicle.
